LOL, infuriatingly, many of the base versions of the Yaris come without remotely adjustable mirrors, powered or otherwise. You adjust them by rolling down the window and manipulating the actual mirror glass.

Or you get yourself powered mirrors and the switch off eBay, assuming your car is pre-wired for them. Let me check my notes.

The easiest check if your car is pre-wired is to open that little wallet compartment next to the blank for the power mirror switch and look for a rectangular white plug that's not plugged into anything but looks like it would go in here:
