I've driven in Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Regina, Saskatoon, Winnipeg, Ottawa, Toronto, Montreal, Quebec City, Halifax, St. John's, etc. GTA is obviously the largest area...so likely has the highest count of unskilled drivers and crazy drivers, but it also seems (purely anecdotal on my part) to also have the most relative to the size of the population.
