So I finally got around to installing the fog lights from Garm and as expected with my luck, they do not work. I connected the lights using yellow with yellow and the gray wire with the beige wire. The ground wire is tight and so are the connections to the fog light themselves. The only possible problem I might see is that one of the wires going into the fuse box came loose when I was installing them, but I clamped it back down and it should be okay.
Would it still be possible to install using a different method? What would happen to the wires that I use the splice connectors on? |
