Very strange...
During the day, I park outside and it's exposed to all the rain, snow, sleet, whatever Vancouver weather experiences. I've yet to experience any hydro lock with my intake (AEM without the bypass valve). I had the intake installed in July 2006, and it went through a lot of rain/snow during the latter part of 2006. Scary experience, but great to hear you fixed the problem.
