I can give you a bit of info about the muffler delete, probably around $50 or so at a local muffler shop. Fairly loud especially coming from a stock axle back but oh it sounds darn good at wide open.
The stock axle back after about 80 mph the car falls on its face, with the muffler delete the Yaris pulls well past 80 and falls flat at about 105 or so. There is a torque loss down low between 2-2800rpm's and a resonance at 1800-2000 and 2700-2900. For the $50 price, its definitely a good bang for the buck, better then my gutted air box and shift knob and weight reduction. |
