Thanks for reminding me I need to order a handful of those.
What M4 stated above is correct, they all go in as one When remove push the middle part down and then lift with a flat head screw driver. When installing push the middle part in, install (and twist back and fourth to help install them) then once in the hole push the outer circle flush with the middle part and they lock in place.
