look at the picture on my thread..E85 Motor Build..
i ordered header too and it does not have sensor..
1. mark and drill the sensor on the header..trust me you will not drill all the way through..so..
2. get the welder and puncture through the marked spot
3. get the sensor ring from the old header and put it in the new header and weld carefully
4. put on the new header, you can reuse the gasket like i did
5. put the sensor on the new header
6. put your hand over the gasket area and look for any leaks
