Looking at the owners manual even for the latest 2016 it's still indicating 5W30.

I don't doubt that Toyota is moving to 20 weight as the industry trend has been to 5W20, and now 0W20 motor oils. But I don't think the TSB applies to the 1NZ-FE engine which is one of the oldest designed engines you can buy in a current Toyota and is in the process of being replaced by the NR engine family.

Like alanwagen posted I used wikipedia and club-toyota.net. There's also a really good summary of the various Toyota engine families since the 80's/90's on club-toyota.net.
