you hear wrong. connector is the same as USD/CAD you just re-pin connector. and you're complaining about the price but in your first post you said $290 (CAD?) each, so $580. so this is $200 (CAD) cheaper. if you don't want to spend money for quality, there's always an Auto Zone that can accommodate for your cheap stuff. (BTW, the oem ones are $375 USD. the $240 USD ones are aftermarket)
expect to pay $$$ for most things JDM on Toyota. you get what you pay for. I was prepared to pay $400 USD for these lights, (like $5,000 CAD?) but I took my time and found a great deal...
