Might loose a plate w/ plastic screws. (Maybe somebody parks-by-ear) Hardware store trays should have stainless ones in this size. Steel installed greased would be removable for a long time.

Actually most dealership use plastic plate screws do to rusting problem with anything else , they are strong and don't come out plus if broken one can simply drill the hole out and good to go ...Five min tops .
