nothing, really. you might prefer a more front bias again and get an SE brake booster and proportioning valve, but really isn't needed. (i seem to forget if there's something else under the hood related to that booster area)

setup as is, the swap will make your rear brake pad last as long as your fronts.

pads are like what 26 a piece if you go non oem.
