I spun it manually also and noticed a little wobble. At first i assumed it was the bead incorrectly seated against the rim or cone on balancing machine misaligned. I spun it manually and indeed there is some runout. Might need to get me a dial gauge and a mount to measure it. As far as I know, .050" or 1.25mm is the tolerance.

Actually.. the weight are there to offset the balance at speed. So if you see it wobble at low speed by spinning it and looking at it. Well, it's always going to do it.

Tires are not perfect, so are rims. Sometimes, the rim and the tire is so well aligned they don't require any weight to keep balanced. But doesn't mean tires are always perfect.

Also, anything under .25oz is considered balanced. But also is worth installing a .25oz weight if it's unbalanced by say .20oz. it depends on the garage. I have one at .21oz
