I spun it manually also and noticed a little wobble. At first i assumed it was the bead incorrectly seated against the rim or cone on balancing machine misaligned. I spun it manually and indeed there is some runout. Might need to get me a dial gauge and a mount to measure it. As far as I know, .050" or 1.25mm is the tolerance.

Also, anything under .25oz is considered balanced. But also is worth installing a .25oz weight if it's unbalanced by say .20oz. it depends on the garage.
