Looks as though either the Penguins or the 10 mm will work with my current wheels/tires. Using a piece cut from my son's hockey stick and a tape measure, I determined that there is adequate room. And, WeeYari, how correct you are. There is definitely a difference from one side to the other, and at least 3 mm. Funny.
Once my parts arrive, I'll post up my progress. Seriously leaning towards the Penguins on the '06 and the 10 mm on the '08 (both rear applications)

Found a couple of more items that may be usefull if trying to improve the Yaris air intake system.
