As for the infotainment display, it probably has English, or not, you'd probably have to find someone who reads Japanese. most of the later Toyota I see with infotainment in Canada have option for French, English and Spanish

There is a card reader into the dash, on the driver side near the door which every time i start the car, is telling me something in Japanese

I managed to translate all the menu myself but there is no option to change the language. If your one has language options, can you please take a video tutorial of how to get there and how to do it.

I just called the toyota dealer and they said they have no idea if and how this can be done and they recommend to buy the whole instrument cluster and try doing it myself Also, they are not sure if changing the whole instrument cluster will do anything or if there is a computer somewhere that needs to be changed also
