I've owned a lot of cars over the years. My 2007 Yaris and 2014 Yaris are among my favourites, but I think the 2007 is a better car.

My 2017 Buick Encore (Opel/Vauxhall Mokka) is probably my favourite car so far. Build quality, materials, fit, finish, and paint are outstanding. It performs extremely well, is tomb quiet, and is by far the most comfortable car I've ever driven. It's a small hatchback, so is every bit as practical as the Yaris. I have a 2-year lease, so I'm not concerned about long term reliability, although it has excellent reliability ratings since it's introduction in 2013 and the Opel/Vauxhall Mokka gets great long-term reliability reviews in Europe. My lease is up in about 5 months, and I plan to get another Encore.
