I ran 2 gauge welding cable when i did my relocate. It's in a similar area but behind the driver seat. I figured to keep it on the same side of the car cause thats where it was from oem. I wasn't sure if 4ga. would cut the mustard so to speak so I went one size larger in error of caution. Looks great tho Trevor.

Oh man, I can only imagine how nice it must be. When I installed the serpentine belt onto the 2ZR after installing it and had to ram my hand up in there.. or working on wiring in around the battery area with things installed. Gah. It'll feel like you're under the hood of an old truck now - just walk around in there! lol OK, maybe a bit of an exaggeration, but a nicety none-the-less.

those a/c lines makes a drive belt change a pita. They are not big but with them removed you can fit your hand in there much easier as well as a wrench to loosen the lower alternator bolt.
Again, awesome work man.

thanks, 2 awg is the most ideal size for proper voltage drop. The difference to 4awg with a 10' span was just on the outside of the acceptable range and like I states earlier, my starter is over powered for what I need, so I felt fine going with the lighter and cheaper 4awg.
