mileage vs $$?

what sort of max mileage should i be looking at?

averages:
gen 2, less then 200,000km (124,000miles) cad$ 4-5000 (us$3-3700)
gen 2, under 100,000km (62,000miles) they seem to be close to $7000 (us$5200)

better to spend the extra and get the lower mileage?

gen 3, less then 200,000km (124,000miles) start at cad$ 5000 (us$3700) and go up
gen 3, under 150,000km (93,000miles) start at cad$6700 (us$5000) and go up
