Strange noise on engine

My Yaris(2007) engine gives strange noise as below. While accelerating this noise go high. This comes when driving also. There's a little vibration when staying on 'D' with break. Vibration doesn't comes on 'P'. Technician consult me to do a compression test to diagnose the problem.

I think that a quite noticeable vibration on "D" with brake is normal in these vehicles. I have owned 2 automatic Yarii (2007 and 2009) and one 2005 Echo, and all of them had it.
