Iridium plugs don't melt the tips like copper plugs do, You can clean them check the gap and if they look mint they are mint.

We changed out copper plugs at 30k because they slowly burnt the copper tips away, iridiums melting tempture is so far above the engines combustion tempture you could melt the entire engine down and the irdium tips would still be intact.\

So at 100k you can clean them, regap them and if they dont look damaged reinstall them, Ive heard of people doing 300k km on them and they are mont as long as they are cleaned and gap checked every service.

In saying that I run one step colder plugs NGK bkr6eix-11 since I live in the heat and like to give her shit, she runs mint on them.

NGK and Denso are both japanese made quality plugs that provide OEM plugs to japanese companies, if Denso is out of a plug they install NGK and vice versa in japanese cars.
