Hey guys, I got the kit today and installed the CC in a 2008 Yaris (no cruise light)...fast forward and I can't seem to get it to work. When checking the voltage at D3 pin1 I have 13.3V, hold down the on/off switch and still 13.3V (not going to 0V). Could it be possible that the offshore Amazon stalk is bad out of the box? I am having the same issue, but a 2007 3dr manual. I have all oem parts but cc not working, and same voltage issue when depressing the on/off switch.

My issue was pin #2 on d3 wasn’t fully inserted (ground wire), got that hooked up and am fine now.
