Yes, you do have the TRD (Eibach) lowering springs which drop 1", probably more by now with aging. Those wheel/tire specs you provided will buzz the rear fenders on hard dips or carrying load of stuff and/or passengers. Better bet would be a 195 tire.

These are the side photos of my car so you can see the gap for reference... you mentioned going to 195's.... would it be best to go 195/55R15's I'm assuming... that would still be on 15x7 wheels?

Are there any other wheel size matched with tire size combos you'd recommend that would leave a uniform fender gap, but perhaps stance out the car better?

You have the much coveted OEM RS wheels. In the minds of many it would be a crime to get rid of those. Adding 10mm wheel spacers in the back would give you that stance you're looking for.

I was going to keep those 15's for winters... And slap on either a set of 15x7 or 16x7 depending on recommendations from the forum (possibly Regamasters)... Given that it has the TRD springs, is there any issues with clearance on either size of those wheels? Also, for either of those wheels, what tire sizes would you recommend?

Quoting myself here which is weird... but ended going with 15x7 silver "Regamasters" sandwiched between 195/55R15 rubber... I'll update pics soon when they arrive!

I didn’t know I had a flat until people were pointing at my rear passenger tire. I pulled over and put the spare, but the rear disc conversion prevented the fitment. I was going to swap with the front wheel, but I have a bigger brake conversion from a Yaris SE. I ended up driving on a flat tire until I got home.

My best friend gave these DR21 15X7 E.T. 40 with 195/55 tires. They look nicer, but the spokes hits the caliper front and rear even with 5mm spacers.

I’d have to take some materials off to make them work.

LOL! Are yours 16s? These 15s didn't fit directly without having to use 5mm spacers and grinding the front caliper (SE size front rotor) and rear caliper bracket (rear disc brake conversion).
