Only Happy When it Rains

Note that 120 kph isn't slow.
I've averaged 42 mpg US in my car, but I very rarely go over 60 mph which is 100 kph. The area I drive in is on the hilly side as well, so with some practice anyone should be able to get near 40 mpg.
