nay, unfortunately. It just won't work without an enclosure/board that can properly isolate sound waves from the back of the sub reaching the front, or vice-versa. Dipole in cars just doesn't work.

lol dipole would be fun though.... o the looks you would get if you had a 5.25 on your dash with nothing but a baffle... and a sub in the rear mounted in a similar fashion.
