I've been following prices as listed on autotrader.com. I've noticed most dealers or private owners are asking near-new prices and they don't seem to be selling. I see many of the same cars for sale now that were listed a couple of weeks ago, so that tells me they're asking price is too high. A general rule of thumb is a vehicle loses 10-20% of it's original value the day it's driven off the dealer's lot. I guess it depends on how quickly you want to sell. I you aren't in a hurry, you can start high and come down if need be.
