and frustrating at times as well. It's is great though.

It is great to be able to put a nail anywhere you want though or paint it any color.

They're about the same size haha! The house is 1378 sq. ft. and is a pretty cool layout; everything is build around the fireplace. My wife and I don't have any kids so 3 bedrooms are more than enough. The house is in the area that I grew up so I know the neighborhood pretty well. To be honest for the last few years I didn't think I'd ever be able to afford a house, and we're very grateful that we're only going to be paying $300 more than we're paying for rent.

here's a better angle of the house that doesn't make it loo like it's all garage (not that being all garage would be a bad thing haha)
