Well the deal fell thru, the mystery tire turned out to be an all season.
Instead I found a German tire called Matador MP41. So I am going with Scion xB 15x6 +39 alloys with these 205-50-15 tires. Going to a 205-50-15 tire really helped find a budget summer performance tire. This photoshop isn't as good because the rims photo was at an angle.  I am thinking it makes sense to buy winter tires for the steelies now before they raise the prices in the fall. I was always told for snow you want a narrow tire, would 175/65/15 snow tire fit with a TRD suspension, or should I stick with 185/60/15 ? Thanks for all the help. I have found a sw for tire calculations (TyreComp1.3) it looks nice to me the good thing is that it is downloadable and can be used offline here is the download link
