Its a good story. Watch out for Karma though. The cop probably belongs in jail more than the guy stealing the beer, if he/she is anything like the cops down here in So. Fla.

Yes, good work indeed!

We stop break-ins around here by using electric fencers, you know, the things they use to keep cattle and horses in a pasture. Fine wire connects the latches, hinges, etc, and surrounds the window frames, then is connected to the fencer. Switch it on when the property is vacant, switch is off when one gets home. There is nothing like 30,000 volts of static electricity to make your stuff far less appealing to a B&E artist. Besides, you can hear him scream for a long ways around the neighbourhood...
