It takes two trained people at least half a day to install. I don't think it's a do it yourself project. There's leather stitching involved.

Yeah, I have 3 guys working on my car, takes whole day. You also need a sewing machince. Removing the screws from the seats and door trims is quite challenging. Violin, please post pics of your interior on this thread.

I believe yours is re-upholstery. But i believe there should be an aftermarket leather seat cover that you just install and tie up right away. does anyone use this?

I've seen seat covers made of synthetic leather that is easy to install. You don't need to remove the factory seat fabric, just need to slip it over and tie it up. The result is not that good cause it won't follow the shape of the seat. But can't complain if it's cheap. Whereas for leather, it's expensive and people want a neat job...usually as good as factory installed leather.

agreed. My mom got that done on her car, it looks decent enough, done fast and cheap, but nowhere as nice as properly stitched seats. Also the fake leather gets hot and very sticky in hot weather, which can get a bit uncomfortable.

I wish I'd gotten a shot of the back seats too, but here you go:

I took out the center armrest which had been upholstered in leather too because I ordered the JDM console.

Not to mention the seats in the that hatch are the same as the Yaris/Vitz RS Sport Seats which have heavier bolstering than the stock seats...
would these fit US cars? would the sensors be the same as the USDM cars? I might have to switch them out

I saw the leather covers on a accord and the fit was amazing I really didn't think it was a cover - it looked like leather seats
