Micro Image/Golden Eagle Intake Manifold Review

1 year later....
I now own this used manifold. my first impression: externally looks sound, decent welds. I am how ever disappointed with the inside where the runners meet the plenum. there is not any polishing or even sanding work done. i figured for $700 new they weld in the port tubes to the front plate, clean up the welds and chops, the seal up the box. nope. I might try to cut this thing open and correct the issue...

upon further examination, there is minimal grinding done. I might leave it alone, I haven't decided...
