LOl uh yeah after looking at that i dont want to purchase one now. But it does look like it was installed a little sloppy. I am sure with patience it could look a little better.

Some time back I covered my steering wheel with a 2-tone cover from Wheelskins.
Stock wheel before cover: ![]() Then about an hour later... ![]() To show how well the 'Cobalt' color goes with Blazing Blue: ![]() I dug it so much I order the shift boot kit after that ...will have to take/post a pic of that. The wheel feels so much better with that leather cover ...and looks pretty nice too :)

Joe this is exactly what I am looking (same color, too)--looks like you did an excellent job of installing the cover! Is there a part # for the cover & shift boot you have (and is there a boot available for the parking brake?)

![]() For the shift boot, they don't have one specific to the Yaris, so I ordered the "Universal" kit and did a LOT of customizing on it. Fortunately, my wife is real good with sewing (has even done some upholstery), so she was able to sew fresh seams on the boot after we trimmed away a LOT of excess. The "Universal" kit is WAY too big. But I really wanted the boot to match. It's not perfect, but I think this came out pretty good after a couple of hours of mucking with it:

Just thought I would show off my new EuroTone Wheelskin - I got black on black.
You really need to spend the time doing it properly and follow instructions. |
