Might help to have heavier stock to print on, eh? I have 20 and 24pt at werk. Very cool....great post!

Youll never get those small bend using 24pt,I work at a paper converter,so I get my hands on some weird paper,you guys have no idea.Ill see what I can come up with.

I found that kodak matte photo paper was the best - It is 53 lb. I bent the little tabs with a pair of needle nose pliers.

I beleive 53# is 11 or 12pt,we get some Kodak paper in my place,about 3 times a week.Ill try some of that.

If I did it again, I'd use the same color paper as car color...

That's the best I could come up with. I tried to take the glare off it, and make it more white, but it was a really dark kind of pic to start with. It'll look better when you squoosh it down to micro Yaris size I think.

I used regualr copy paper at work and then used a gluwstick insteadof tape with no problems. If you use thicker paper, you're going to run into problems with the holds as the tension weight will want to seperate if your crease is not solid.
