Drive was making a left turn onto Meadows Drive from Sonoma Blvd in Vallejo.

It was on the 60 east bound, by the Puente Hills Mall.

Yesterday: White LB with black wheels with thin red ring on each rim, lowered with exhaust exiting 10W onto Garvey in El Monte (few blocks away from my place) around 1:45 PM

At Sac State parking lot, a red non-S LB, lowered probably on DF's, rolling on steelies, tint, and a canister muffler. Anyone here?

I drive 90 miles a day to and from Orange County and I have only seen 1 modded Yaris in 8 months.

Barcelona red sedan with white 5-spoke 17's (I think) at the Chevron on Arden Way in Sac. Asian driver.

Flint mica sedan with the factory 7-spoke (I think) rims and eyelids at Sac State. I was going to give a thumbs up, but drive was on the phone.
