Looks good :)!
I'm thinking of mounting an iPhone dock somewhere, maybe somewhere in the dash in front of the steering wheel all flush like.

I find it very fitting in the Yaris... People spend ass-loads of money modding a car that can't even have half the potential of an equally-priced factory car... OR, they just spend it all on flashy stuff and ricer accessories...

I had already watched the first one on the screen earlier that day. I'm on Tokyo Drift right now... That just happened to be the time when I had the camera handy.

beware of fitment... alan1828's sample didn't quite fit right (look at bottom edge/gaps and anything else around the bezel).

Just make sure theirs isn't from the same batch as his. Also, what OS are they running? any pics of the GUI interface?

Wow. I like the one that comes with the slanted controls better for sure but the fitment worries me.

Anyone can confirm or deny that the gaps were fixed on subsequent models?

.
I don't have DVD player, or GPS integrated in my HU but I do have 4 RCAs

1 for Subwoofer
1 for Low frequencies
1 for Mid frequencies
1 for High frequencies

I guess it's just what you give up for Sound Quality, I wish there was a way to have the best of both worlds!

according to WastingEons post below Italian is one of the supported languages. I don't have steering controls but it probably supports it (a menu page exists in order to configure the controls).

Thanks 1000. One other question, you know that the dashboard of the Yaris in 2009 has changed color .... is a darker gray, where can I get support for la'utoradio 2 din, for the 2009/2010 model yaris?

I think the color of your dashboard is like? what do you think? you where you bought the adapter 2 din?

^ if this is what your dash looks like, i don't think it will be easy to implement this type of head unit on your yaris. I'm not an expert on audio and electronics but I believe you have one of those Toyota factory integrated radios and the entire bezel/console is quite different than what we have here normally in north america.
