Clearly you do not know how most automobile navigation systems work. You put in country, state, city and street address. You tell the unit which type of road you want to drive, off road, quickest roads, most direct roads, most fuel economical roads, most scenic roads. The unit then figures out which roads to take. I am not using a military grade GPS navigation system. That address would be OK if I was programming a JDAM bomb or a cruise missle.

There may be some high end hiking GPS system that double as a automobile navigation system that accept input on the screen of both GPS grid points and street addressing systems, but I do not think that can be done on most automobile navigation systems.

So what does that have any thing to do with this discussion? My Blackberry also has built in GPS with automotive navigation software. I have a Garmin GPS StreetPilot 7200 with updated maps in my first Yaris. I have a Garmin nuvi 255WT with up to date maps in my second Yaris. I even have a basic Garmin etrex for hiking.

The official address of the National Museum of the United States Air Force is 1100 Spaatz Street, Wright-Patterson AFB OH 45433. Even the Official Web Site for the National Museum of the USAF uses driving directions generated by MapQuest. To quote "The entrance to the museum is on the right." Just as I described in my post. Just as the photograph I posted shows.

Ok Ok peeps lets not get on each other's case(at least before the meet).........I'm planning on using the site's directions and then HOPEFULLY I'll be find this gazebo DESPITE have a MioMap GPS. Way I see it you get there via however then HOPEFULLY someone will be 'round to ask where the gazebo OR be able to see some yarii(the plural of Yaris FYI) around......I mean 'round here you just don't see a big group of yarii........off the dealer's lot. So in conclusion lets just chill ok? ok thank you for your co-opperation

That is just fine with me. I did learn that my Garmin nuvi will accept GPS grid data in the three different formats including the one provided. My Garmin Street Pilot will not accept GPS input. The Garmin StreetPilot came with software that will create driving directions using GPS N HH.MM.SS W HH.MM.SS format and a USB cable to upload driving directions.

How ever the question of where the best place to park is for a group car photo is mute at this point. With my Mom in the hospital with heart problems, I cannot worry her by driving a 6 hour 18 minute round trip by myself, compounded with 4 hours of walking around a flight museum. Plus I would rather be near in case my Mom needs me to bring something to the hospital. Which reminds me, I forgot to take my Mom her hand lotion today, so I will have to take the hand lotion to the hospital tomorrow.

Besides if this Yaris meet is just a bunch of guys over intake mods, noise making mods and forced induction without catalytic converters, then I am out of place any way.

If you mean that this is to meet up and see each others mods, customization ect. and just basically hang out............then yes that's exactly what's basically gonna go down tomorrow. Fact that's what normally happens with a meet at least all the ones I've been to that's what we've done. I mean if you think of any/all of the sections on this site and put cars/faces to usernames and add real-time talking rather than posting, add a location, date and time put all together and what have you got dun dun dun DONE: a meet.

I mean is all gonna be fun and all but if your gonna be a downer/party pooper then I at least don't want you there, I'm not tryin to start trouble or anything I'm just saying the way things work around here. My case and point out of all of the people that have shown interest in this meet ,asside from Chino, I bet I've been around here the longest since I was here BEFORE the hack/shut down....I think I join in Nov. 2007 a few week before I even picked up my then brand new car. Again not trying to make waves, get cocky or anything but it's the way it is

Here are the coordinates for the Gazebo in the memorial park area. This is a different fomat than the one I listed before. N 39 46.7385 W 84 06.78894
If you search these coords on google maps the sat view will place a green arrow on the Gazebo. The arrow will be in the lower left corner of the sat view, just zoom in on it. Ignore the big red "A" marker, that is for the Air force base. The museum is lower and to the left on the opening view. Looking forward to seeing everyone. If anyone needs a contact cell phone number or needs any assistance please PM me.

Looking at mods is one thing. Breathing fumes from a boosted vehicle without a catalytic converter is some thing entirely different. Suffering from asthma I do not want to get with in a 30 feet of a running vehicle without a catalytic converter. While I would like to test drive in a boosted Yaris with a catalytic converter, (after market large catalytic converters are legal in 49 states), I have zero interest in test driving a boosted Yaris without a catalytic converter. I would also like to test drive a Yaris with enlarged air intake with a enlarged exhaust system with a catalytic converter. Plus I would like to test drive a Yaris with larger the OE tires and larger that OE rims. Looking is less educational than test driving.
