Well we'll see. Like I said, if I can't find a secure job down there first, it isn't happening.

We're visiting the area next week though, March 9th-12th.

$350 seems really, really cheap. I would be skeptical. Check it out first for sure.

Hopefully you can find a job and get away from the cold. I don't see how ya'll do it. How did you decide on Wilmington? You got friends/family there?

There is a low-cost school there that has both of Sami's majors. We're not stuck on Wilmington, just seems like a nice area.

And there are quite a few for $350, I'm guessing because of the economy, not as many students are going to school and that leaves more apartments un-rented. (Like me, not going to school now..)

My only stipulation is warm weather and a beach within an hour. Other than that, I could care less where I lived.
