Anyone have the Vitz "lightning" badge for the rear? - Toyota Yaris Forums

I have a liftback and I just ordered this badge for the front.

Anyone have the matching one for the rear hatch emblem or know where to get them besides Ebay? There aren't any on there at the moment.

I'm pretty sure you'll find out that there is no rear Netz emblem for the Vitz/Yaris. Only the front. The JDM models have a Toyota logo in the rear. Any rear Netz badges you find will be knock-offs.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong!

Black Yaris on this form has this one on his car apparently. Unsure if it is fake or not.

Ebay...though the supplier that i get all my yaris stuff has umm not been suppplyin the stuff ill do a search for ya

I saw that one but thought it might not be the right one since it said 05 in the title. Is that the correct one for a 07 liftback?

Influx is right... teh JDM's have a rear Toyota badge, and any rear Netz badge is going to be a fake. Be careful about fitment/quality.

Thats right JDM Vitz do NOT have the Netz emblem at the rear but the Toyota one and i only know some places in BC that you can get the rear 'vitz' emblem lik e BPT, AJR, REV but im sure our supporting vendor can get it for you :)

It's not a Vitz emblem. It's a Netz badge. Netz is a group of dealers that sell a certain range of Toyotas.. one of which happens to be a Vitz... also you'll notice them on RAV4, Avensis sedan/wagon, and so forth. The days where there is a special emblem for a particular model (such as the Crown, Mark X etc) are dropping.

So if you're planning to but a Netz badge on the back, you can tell it's an instant fake. All the Netz represents is that it was purchased at a Netz dealer and in all cases, only fitted to the front. But if you want go away from the real Vitz look.. then whatever floats your boat.

I have one of the fake rear badges also... it's a little bit smaller than the indentation and doesn't completely cover the two holes left from the original Toyota badge, but for me it's temporary until I get a chance to drop the car off at the body shop to get the badge filled in completely.

You'll get to see it this Wed. at the meet.
