2008 w/179000 Miles for $4,200? - Toyota Yaris Forums

It has power everything but cruise control and a Carfax report checked out OK. The exterior body has minimal scratches and the interior is in great shape.

Would anyone spend that much for a Yaris with that high of mileage?

I used KBB and a HB as the model, condition vg and added am/fm.
I was surprised that is was valued at $2800 for a trade in.
Based on that I would say the asking price is dealer retail.
If you're interested, have it check out at the dealer (about $100)
and deduct the repairs cost from the price.

I agree with Norton. TBH the Yaris is not holding value the way that it did. If gas goes back up into the mid $4 + range then the value will go up. This is one of those cars that fluxes with fuel prices. That being said I would personally require an oil analysis to be provided for high retail, but that is just me.

I actually think that's a fairly solid deal considering the prices I see Echos go for...

As long as it doesn't seem like it was abused, I would buy another one for that in a heartbeat.
