all that will help but i don't know what kind of frame you have that is what truly determines what you can do but if you eat right and lift heavy you will grow no matter what get yourself some Vitol egg protein powder this is the easiest way to get about a dozen egg whites in a day, and get some whey protein, regular potatos are good but sweet potatos are best get some of both like I said before I take in creatine and glutamine, these are both important for increasing mass you should be eaating every 2-3 hours, 5-6 times a day

if you are not going to work out there is no point in loading on protein, you have to make time, an hour a day is very sufficient if you work and don't waste your time, you don't need to waste time doing cardio, you need to lift drink water I drink a gallon + a day you can spend a little more time and do split routines and not have to do five days but I break mine up by muscle shoulders, arms, legs, back, chest cardio on the weekends 'cuz I'm kinda padded right now tipping the scale at 220 6'1 supplementcentral.com has the best stuff for the best price in my opinion but don't throw your money away if you are not going to lift, it will be a waste

you should get only a "normal" amount of protein, that is only what a sedentary person of your stature should be eating if you are not going to work out bars are fine but they are expensive, I supplement with whey powder and egg powder and don't bother with bars, they can be total meal replacement or a snack depending on caloric content, nothing wrong with them but I can think of things I'd rather eat basically what I am saying is don't spend any money on any of this stuff if you are not going to be working consistantly eat normal meals and try to eat more often (5-6 times a day!) and eat your brain food since that is all you are using right now there is always the option of doing split routines, you can do shoulders/arms, legs, back/chest; this will only take three mornings or evenings from your schedule and you can compress these workouts into an hour easily if you are efficient and do not take breaks with a pair of dumbbells and an adjustable bench, a pull up bar, some push ups you can do everything you need, you can even do squats with dumbbells at your side, this is a small investment and you can improve your build at home on your schedule quit pissing in the wind and get to work!

I will drink whatever is available. Some people don't like coke, so they get pepsi, and vice versa. Or if I'm in the mood, I'll drink 7-up or root beer. I'm an open person with what I drink hehe. as long as it's not diet stuff

lol...nothing wrong with the diet stuff. they actually taste sweeter to me for some reason (i'm assuming the artificial sweeteners). but yeah, i think the sodas that i usually drink, if i do, are Barq's and Mountain Dew.
