Urethane Goodness Yet?
Already getting my first oil change service, I was poking about under the sedan when I realized that the bushings on the front A-arms, at the sway bar end links, and in the big bushings around the torsion bar setup under the rear end, are all really soft rubber. This may be far-fetched, but it seems like a generous slathering of urethane in these key areas would do more to stiffen our chassis than, say, strut tie bars and such other homogenous generic equipment. Does anyone here have the ability to create such a thing from stock urethane? Or know a machine shop that might?

I thought urethane products come from a mold? Still a great idea

I replaced mine (xB) & my wife's (xA), just get the Energy Suspension Bushing set & some 4" grade 8 bolts, search on Scionlife un the xA/xB Suspension area.
EDIT: Found the Thread: http://www.scionlife.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=78651
