Having trouble keeping interior fabric clean
especially at the top of the door (interior)

no but maybe you should consider placing with vinyl or leather, problem solved

I have that problem - I work at a garden center, and the parking lot is not paved, so i find myself washing the car every day. The interior top of the door gets almost like a tan cloudy color from where i push it open with my hands or arms.
Sometimes i wipe it down with a damp cloth, when that doesnt work, i just use an interior cleaner with a light brushing and towel dry, it does the trick. I do the same with my seats - especially the bolsters...
