I dropped mine off at the Toyota dealer before when there were some scratches/scuffs I could not get out. They washed, waxed, polished, buffed, clean inside and out and top to bottom and I think it was like $75. I did look like new pretty much. They can just wash it for like $30 inside and out.
I would say it would maybe be worth it once a year to have it done professionally. Yep it took all day. There is also a detail shop up the street from here. I think they say to allow them 4 hours. Also, We used to have a guy when I worked that would come and pick it up and clean it for you and even change the oil or whatever you wanted. They bring it back all clean and shiny.
