just got home from work.. having another drink.. wow, this is getting to be a habit.. lol...looks like i will have a daily dose of exedrin migraine and alcohol.. lol

totally! yesterday a guy threatened to cancel his already cancelled auto policy on us.. and today a lady threatened to cancel cuz we put the credit for her policy change toward her unpaid balance instead of giving her a check...

i swear, the raise to deal with all this bs better be worth it..

Glad that I still have a job. A new company has taken over the company I work for and we all have it in writing that all our jobs are safe.
