got reamed at work today for not cross-selling or using the "impact question" (have i met ur expectations today?) on every single effing call.. AND for not being at my desk, on my phone waiting for calls 90%+ the time im at work. basically told im a defective moron, totally embarassed.. beginning a new job search as i have been trying to move departments for 2 yrs and have not been able to with all the freezes and stupid bullcrap.. im surprised iv lasted the 2.5 yrs i have.. im not fired yet.. just made to feel like an imcompetant ass when theres people on my floor who do REALLY effed up stupid crap(shopping for guns on the company computer during company time!)

Keep doing what you just did even if you don't see any mods online.

Reporting a post sends an alert to all the mods, and some of us are never too far from the computer even if we're not logged in the forum.

Why are you up so late anyway? :)
