fully defrosting cheap chicken legs bought on sale in a sinkful of warm water

Easiest Baked Chicken

Place chicken parts on a rack in an oven safe pan
Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes
Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes more

=a dozen (total) legs and thighs for $2.65

Oh the usual. This morning I rounded up a few of the neighborhood kittens and I've got the little buggers boiling on the stove. It's stew night. Oh yeah, I need to go buy some bay leaves.

I am trying to think of a smart ass reply to that but my cranial arteries are too clogged with cholesterol to oxygenate my brain well enough to think of one. If you are out of bay leaves you might want to try some thyme or sage, as the holidays are coming and either of those herbs will add a festive taste.

trying to digest my birthday dinner.. omg so full!!!! we went to the clubhouse at south coast plaza.. had some flaming spinach artichoke dip(the put 151 on it and then set it ablaze!!!!

) then had some filet mignon & for dessert.. a cream puff! omg so good.. but now so full!!!!
