Glad the sun has poked out a bit, better than the forcast was saying, 4 days of rain.

The trees out back have started to leaf.

Morning all....

Still raining..still barely 40 degrees...

and I'm still hating this Prius!!!

Mornin guys and Lisa.

Beautiful day down South today and suppose to be great for the whole week. Mid 70's through the week, 82 by the weekend.

Going out to the new property today. Got to figure out which trees to keep and what I want cleared. 14.25 acres total. I think I am only going to clear maybe 3/4 of an acre to an acre though and that will be at the back of the property. Won't be able to see anything from the street except for the gate. I figure the driveway will be about 500 feet long. I am so ready to have it all done, but it is a very slow process. Wish me luck!

14.25 acres? There's room for a house for me and Sam!

You ever talk to someone that has a really annoying voice? I can't stand to hear my co-workers voice it's nails on chalkboard to me
