Not sure of the room for a turbo, but there is always the STS rear mount turbo.

You can relocate the battery & run a sidewinder manifold like this:

More details please? If this swap is possible with out extremely extensive amounts of work I may just retire my yaris as a DD and buy a busted POS beater for a 1000 bucks to drive during its downtime for the swap.

I'm fine with that. The only thing I'm afraid of is extensive wiring.

That's what I figured I'm assuming you have to pretty much redo the entire cars wiring harness.

Yes the frame rail on the drivers side needs to be notched, but only if you use a 6spd, also the engine cradle needs to be modified

So if i have an auto tranny i wouldn't have to notch the frame rail? Do all the stock electronics work with the current wiring as well? I mean $1000-2000 for 180hp vs $4000 for 140hp makes alot more more sense?

we need more info PLEASE!!!!

not sure you're gonna find a 2ZZ for $2000 complete with ECU.

also i'm pretty sure your stock auto transmission is not gonna like the 2ZZ very much
