Woodland do have some good mechanics, it's just the people who work there are being an ass. Just like how they did not support the Yaris club in Quebec.

I got the P2121 code also. The dealer wanted $1100 for a new throttle body. I found a used part for $325 on the internet. The part locator suggested that I re-seat the plug on the throttle body before doing anything else. It's a little hard to reach. I gave it a shot of ether to clean and dry out the plug. I have not had a problem for a year or more. I wish I could find that place again. Best advice in a long time.

bumped from the dead!

yep, I had this happen on ours. My cost on the damn TB was over 700 bucks! I got toyota to buy one under the 5yr 60k mile power train coverage, but it didn't fix it. unhooking the battery to reset all resettable ecu learning parameters fixed it for me. now I have a spare TB in my garage in case it does go bad lol

**edit: I never had a code at all, the sensitivity just got so bad you had to press the throttle pedal like 1/4 of the way before anything happened.
