Fiiiiiinally got it back from the painter. He didn't do a great job at all, but you can't see the imperfections easily. I'm very very happy with the end result - great job TK!

It might be a bit expensive to get it done at a shop (I'm thinking it may even be more expensive that the wing itself). I really think you guys should go DIY on this one unless you really don't trust yourselves.

It's more along the lines of "I don't own equipment or the space to paint a spoiler for a car." Living in a city will do that.

my favorite local shop will do ones for me at about $100-150 for prep and paint.

Several companies will put together rattle cans with color matched paint. When I say color matched, I mean really color matched with the correct paint codes. It's small enough of a piece that you shouldn't notice a huge vairiation paint wise, so I'd spend the $19.00 and have a can made, and DIY. Ebay has a few companies that will get it done for you. Several of our members have used this method to spary their emblems, lip kits, minor repairs etc.
