No way.....what year is the abs ecu from?
I forget what, but did you need any model year ecu, or did it have to be specifically a 2008 abs ecu in order to figure out the jdm cluster even more?

And glad to hear your yargauge is in the final stage now.

The ABS ECU is off an 08. I still need an 08 ABS equipped ECM to sort out the JDM cluster issue.

I do embedded stuff, I would love to see more info on this. Are you using pic/prop/or something else? Looks good though. I though of making one of these out of my ybox2, or a beagleboard I had laying around.

I am using two PICs - One is dedicated to handling the CAN Bus communication and the other drives the UI and deals with the analog signals.

I am hoping so. I got temporarily derailed again, as my wife has been cracking the whip on me to finish our master bathroom. 400 sq ft of floor to ceiling tiling has been absolute hell.

Sew your video on YT, i think you have something current that might be profitable if produced correctly.
all the features are nice to have and what not. in my opinion its time to market with basic features as RPM, clock, OAT and GPH.
its like my old mentor always said: you have to know when to stop developing and get out to market (or you will keep optimizing and improving forever).

also i would recommend finding a country wide network of potential installers (for the faint of heart) to be included with the purchase.

and last please start a landing page with a pre order option (the "fans" will know its coming and you can learn to estimate the market potential and estimate manufacturing quantities...

i'm sure you thought of all this - i'm just jealous of your skills and I really need a tachometer for my wifes brand new Yaris.

Scott, I knew your wife was "cracking the whip" on you, but I had no idea she wore tall leather boots and a mask...
