i was talking to my friend today at school and he mentioned something about a special sticker you need to get when you do any modifications to your car. what is it exactly and where do you get it?

fu*k recon dont support the only island that has it the chances of you getting pulled for recon slim to none so long you not doing anything stupid and you only supporting money going to dumb things that the state like spend on

What is recon you ask? It's a ugly sticker you put on the back of your car that gives you -1 KAJILLION cool points. Not pimp at all.

i think its stupid after hearing more stories about it from my friends. i mean I'm not going to do some serious modding to my yaris, just gonna make it look nice and fun to drive around. that's all

Yea but cops dont like that you have a cooler ride than them. They will pull you over for lowered vehicles. LAME
